I recently decided that fruit is one of my favorite foods.

Not just because I enjoy eating it by myself, but more because of the fact that I think it majorly enhances almost any food:

  • I love apples or dried fruit in salads.
  • I like my turkey with plenty of cranberry sauce.
  • I love bananas, apples, and/or dried fruit in my oatmeal.
  • Pork, in my opinion must be eaten with applesauce.
  • I even love pineapple on my pizza.

It makes perfect sense that I would create a roundup post of waffle recipes that are all made with fruit.

So, my fellow fruit-lover, enjoy discovering your new favorite waffle recipe!
