But not just any sensory bottle -- a glow in the dark sensory bottle! (That would be a very cool activity to make during a sleepover party.)
And not just any glow in the dark sensory bottle, but one that's filled with dinosaurs!
If you have a kiddo that loves dinosaurs, it doesn't get much better than that.
What is the Purpose of Sensory Bottles?
If you're never made a sensory bottle before, you may be wondering what one is or what your kids are supposed to do with it.
Simply put, sensory bottles, paint sensory bags, and other sensory activities let your kids explore, discover, imagine, and learn while engaging their senses.
They're great for any kids, but especially helpful for children with a sensory processing disorder.
Sensory bottles are sometimes called "calm down bottles." There's something incredibly soothing about watching the items slowly swirl around. (Kind of like watching a big aquarium filled with fish.) It can actually slow down your breathing and help regular your emotions.
Hmm ... maybe all of us should have a sensory bottle on hand at all times.
Because these sensory bottles glow in the dark, it can be a comforting bedtime toy that helps your child wind down and get ready for sleep.
