I love the Christmas season as much as anyone, but I vividly remember the days when my kids were toddlers and how challenging the month of December could sometimes be.

During the year of the year, you can often spend half the day at the pool or park, and then come home and have your little take their nap.

But during the winter you've often stuck inside for days on end -- either due to the weather or because at least one of your kids is sick.

Sure, there are plenty of great Christmas-themed books you can read together, but you can only do that for so long. What else can you do together with your toddler when it's cold outside?

Fortunately, there are plenty of creative bloggers out there with some great Christmas craft ideas that are simple enough for 2 and 3 year olds.

And most, if not all of these crafts, can be done on the cheap, with stuff your probably already around the house, like coffee filters, paper plates, water bottles, dried pasta, or toilet paper rolls.

If you're one of those organized and structured people, you cook even make a plan to do a different craft every day for the three weeks (plus a day) leading up to Christmas.

Have fun!
