If you love melty cheese, tender chicken, and savory ham packed into soft Hawaiian rolls, these Chicken Cordon Bleu Sliders are going to be your new favorite. They’re warm, cheesy, and perfect for a quick family dinner or an easy game-day snack. The flavor combo is so good, you’ll want to make them on repeat.

These sliders are packed with flavor and only take a few steps to make. The buttery topping crisps up just right in the oven, while the melted Swiss cheese ties everything together.

These sliders are especially popular during busy weeknights, holiday gatherings, potlucks, and game days. They make a great addition to Super Bowl parties or casual Sunday dinners. Since they’re baked in one dish, cleanup is also a breeze.

This recipe was inspired by my Mushroom and Swiss Sliders You Can Bake in One Pan and it goes perfectly with Easy Big Mac Salad with a Healthy Low Carb Twist for a full meal.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Take off the foil and bake for another 5 minutes so the tops turn golden brown. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

Hint: Let the sliders rest for about 5 minutes after baking. This helps the cheese set a little and makes slicing cleaner and easier.

Substitutions & Variations

  • Buns: Use gluten-free Hawaiian rolls to make this recipe gluten-free.
  • Cheese: Swap Swiss cheese with provolone or mozzarella for a milder flavor.
  • Spicy version: Add sliced jalapeños or use pepper jack cheese for some heat.
  • Kid-friendly twist: Top the chicken with a few crushed potato chips before adding cheese for extra crunch.

💭Crucial Success Tips

  • Do not skip covering the dish with foil in the beginning. This helps the cheese melt evenly and prevents the tops from burning.
  • Make sure your chicken is well shredded so it spreads out evenly across the buns.
  • For extra flavor, you can toast the bottom buns slightly before assembling to give them a crispier base.
