Ingredients

  • 3 cups mixed nuts
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 16 oz white almond bark
  • 5 tablespoon Christmas sprinkles

Method

  1. Layer the mixed nuts and semi-sweet chocolate chips in your Crockpot. Place the almond bark on top so it melts evenly over everything.
  2. Cover the Crockpot and set it to low. Let it cook for 1 hour. While it melts, line a few baking sheets with parchment paper. After 1 hour, stir the mixture well using a silicone spatula. The chocolate should be fully melted and coating the nuts smoothly.
  3. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop portions of the mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheets.
  4. While the candy is still warm, add Christmas sprinkles on top.
  5. Place the baking sheets in the fridge for about 1 hour, or until the candy is firm and set.
