Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup softened butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 9–11 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
