- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
