Place the peanuts, coarsely crushed pretzels, almond bark, and white chocolate chips into your crockpot.
Turn the crockpot to low heat and let it all melt. The almond bark and white chocolate will begin to create a creamy base for the crunchy ingredients.
After 1 hour, stir the mixture well. Everything should be melted and nicely combined, with creamy texture and bits of peanuts and pretzels showing through.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a cookie scoop to drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, leaving space between each scoop to avoid sticking.
While the candy is still soft, add heart-shaped sprinkles on top of each scoop.
Refrigerate the candy for about 1 hour, until the white chocolate is firm.
