  • 3 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

  • 1.5 cups chickpeas cooked
  • 4 tablespoon ice water (or to your desired consistency)
  • ½ cup tahini paste
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil and more to drizzle
  • 1 teaspoon coriander finely chopped
  • Smoked paprika to garnish

Method
