Stuffed Peppers Recipe

Stuffed Peppers are a favorite in my kitchen—comforting, flavorful, and surprisingly easy to make.

I love how versatile they are, and this version with chicken, rice, and veggies always hits the spot.

Ingredients:

- chicken thighs - rice - bell peppers - mushrooms - paprika - cumin

Wash and cut bell peppers, remove seeds.

Step 1:

Wash, peel, and chop carrot and onion into small cubes.

Step 2:

Grate carrot and finely chop garlic. Cut chicken breasts into small pieces.

Step 3:

Heat a skillet with olive oil. Cook chopped vegetables and chicken until chicken is no longer pink.

Step 4:

Add paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, and stir. Boil rice until slightly undercooked.
