Quick and Creamy Corn Dip That’s Always a Hit

This corn dip is creamy, savory, and packed with irresistible flavors.

Sweet corn, crispy bacon, and a hint of heat from jalapeño come together in a dip that’s always the first to disappear at parties.

Ingredients:

- corn kernels - bacon - mayonnaise - sour cream - cheese - jalapeno

Drain the corn. Make sure all liquid is drained.

Step 1:

Cook the bacon. Fry the bacon in a pan until it reaches your desired crispiness.

Step 2:

Prep the toppings. Chop the scallions, jalapeno, and cooked bacon. Set aside.

Step 3:

Combine ingredients. In a medium-large bowl, add the corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, chopped bacon, chopped scallions, chopped jalapeno, and seasonings. Mix until well combined. 

Step 4:

Chill and serve. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
