Paleo Almond Butter Cookies With Only Three Ingredients

The idea of giving up cakes, cookies, and bread for the rest of my life makes me want to weep and render my garments, so I tried searching to see if some alternatives had fewer carbs.

I found this recipe on the Thank Your Body blog and Rebecca and I whipped it up in no time.

Ingredients:

- egg - honey - almond butter

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients well.

Step 1:

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and drop the batter on the paper in heaping tablespoons.

Step 2:

Bake for 8 minutes (they will still look soft when you take them out).

Step 3:

Cool for five minutes. Eat with milk!
