Crockpot Honey Garlic Soy Spare Ribs

Spare ribs haven’t always been my go-to, but slow cooking them changes everything!

When they’re done in the slow cooker, they turn into the softest, most tender meat you’ll ever eat. This Crockpot Soy Spare Ribs recipe is incredibly easy and flavorful.

Ingredients:

- baby back ribs - garlic - soy sauce - honey - onion powder - paprika powder - cumin

Rub ribs with a mixture of onion powder, paprika, and cumin.

Step 1:

Mince garlic and combine with dark soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and honey.

Step 2:

Brush ribs with marinade, saving some for later.

Step 3:

Cut ribs in half and place in slow cooker.

Step 4:

Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours, brushing with remaining marinade every hour.
