Air Fryer Teriyaki Salmon Recipe

Air Fryer Teriyaki Salmon is one of my favorite quick meals.

The salmon turns out perfectly tender, with a sweet and savory teriyaki glaze that caramelizes beautifully in the air fryer.

Ingredients:

- salmon fillets - soy sauce - ginger - honey - brown sugar - sesame seeds

In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, ¾ water, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and brown sugar.

Step 1:

Whisk over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens.

Step 2:

In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with cold water to create a slurry.

Step 3:

Add the slurry to the saucepan and continue whisking until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy (about 2-3 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool.

Step 4:

Place salmon fillets in a dish or resealable bag. Pour teriyaki sauce over the salmon, ensuring it's evenly coated.
